Industrial Scale SPD
It is a complete molecular distillation system designed for Seal Oil Refining, the raw material is much like the deep-sea fish oil. This complete unit is designed to work under very deep vacuum level, and the targeted vacuum level for the SPD stage is expected to reach about 0.1 Pa at EMPTY LOAD.
The features of this system:
All the contact pacts of the unit are made of SS316L, and SS304 for the non-contact parts. The framework will be made of carbon steel with anti-rust painting. The evaporating area of the SPD is 4 square meters and the SPD is certified for ASME certification, with hot oil heating reach about 280 Deg C. The SPD is equipped with FLOWSERVE double mechanical seal. There are two-stage vacuum systems, one for degasser and the other for SPD. The main equipment is equipped with UL-listed SEW motor reducer, NOT Ex-proof, Voltage: 575V, 60HZ, 3 PHASE. It is a complete system which includes a degassing stage, gear pumps, vacuum pumps, controls, piping/valves/instruments and framework. All the motors in the system are either UL or CSA listed.
